I would love to find a (reasonably priced) coach who works with seniors. I've been in the tech industry for years and am tired of it. I'd love to segue into something more meaningful, but I have no idea how to do that.

Explain to your friend that Americans change jobs, on average, every 4 years or so. Younger Americans are less loyal to companies than older workers. So if he's looking for someone to build his business for the future, he should invest in experienced...
