How can I help a wheelchair bound person enjoy scenic venues?

Is there any way to help a person who must use a wheelchair get out into the forest to experience the greenery, safely?

A website, https://www.accessiblenature.info/?page_id=236, has information on each state with guides on what parts of scenic venues have wheelchair accessibility. This one is on the state of Oregon.
